The short version: I collect as little as I can, I use it to send you things you asked for, and I don't sell it or hand it to anyone.
When you sign up: your first name, your email address, and the country you're in. Optionally, what instrument you play, if you tell me. Later, if you buy a ticket, a download or something from the shop, the record of that purchase.
Your email, so I can send you news about shows, new things I've made, and the shop. Your country, so I can tell you when I'm actually playing near you instead of spamming you about shows on the other side of the world. Your instrument, so I can send you stuff that's relevant to you — sheet music and practice things to players, concert things to everyone.
Omnisend, the service that stores the list and sends the emails. Shopify, if you buy something from the shop. That's it for your personal details. When I work with brands or partners, I may share anonymous, aggregated numbers — for example, "a third of this list plays violin" — but never your name, email or anything that identifies you.
Until you unsubscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and when you use it you're off the list. If you want your details deleted entirely rather than just unsubscribed, reply to any email and say so.
This list is run from Singapore by Practico Pte Ltd and handled under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act. If you're in the EU or UK, you have the usual rights to access, correct and delete your data — just ask.
